1966 Chevrolet Chevelle
This 1966 Chevelle convertible received a full custom build at Griffin Automotive Design. The project included all-new sheet metal, custom body modifications, custom paint, and a custom convertible top.
Performance & Suspension
Power comes from a Don Hardy Racing LS engine paired with a 6L80 transmission and 9-inch rear end. The Chevelle also features Detroit Speed front and rear suspension and a MagnaFlow exhaust.
For braking, the car uses Wilwood six-piston brakes with 14-inch rotors.
Custom Body & Exterior
The Chevelle features several custom touches throughout the body. We added a hand-built spoiler, carbon fiber chin spoiler, and smoothed bumpers.
The car rides on Billet Specialties wheels with Michelin performance tires. Custom paint and a custom convertible top finish the exterior.
Custom Interior
Inside, the Chevelle received a Relicate leather and Alcantara interior. It also features Vintage Air, Dakota Digital gauges, and an Audio Dynamics sound system.
